• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and adjust your total order amount.

2. Delivery Location

• Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in united states We currently do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.

3. Delivery Time

• An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we aim to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays..

• Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Detailed shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

• ModestGal Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
